TEMPORARY OFFICE CLOSURE: On Monday, 4/29/24, the office will be closing at 3pm for department training. Online services will still be available during this time. Normal operations will resume the following day at 8am.

COMPLIMENTARY PARKING will be offered in pay-by-plate and metered areas from 4/29/24 - 5/12/24; any overnight restrictions still apply. Permit and patient areas will continue to be enforced per posted requirements. Special events may impact entry and fees for certain lots.

Current parking rates and ticket prices are approved by the Board of Trustees and support parking and safety services. The Parking Office provides parking services to students, staff and visitors of Michigan State University. Parking Services is a self-supporting auxiliary that is not funded by state taxes or student tuition. Parking operations, maintenance and development expenses are funded by revenue generated from the sale of parking services. All fees collected from paid violations fund safety systems on campus such as the Emergency Green Light Phones.
